Chase has been named the Adventure Trainer because of his different approach to fitness. Instead of setting weight-loss goals for his clients, he sets adventure goals. For example his client may want to lose 15 pounds but he digs deeper into something they would like to accomplish like climbing a mountain. So they begin training for that specific goal. Finding that larger "why" helps him keep his clients motivated towards their larger goal and in the process they lose the weight they originally wanted to lose. Its an incredible and unique approach to training and one we admire here at O&S. He's a huge asset to the team and we are so proud to have him.
